I think you should add a plug-in thats like spawner gui so people like mods can sell spawners and dhange them for mob traps. But the mob spawners should cost a lot of money. Minecraft Pigs!

first off thanks for your interest in the server, but we have a plugin like that already. it is a command only accessible to moderators and admins that change a spawner to spawn almost any mob, enderman, chicken, blaze, silverfish, cow, etc. however I doubt I will make it public. MobArena has almost all the mobs and its free for all members to play.
